Take a short ride to the artist colony of Hanapepe with numerous art galleries or drive to the picturesque town of Kalaheo. A little further west, you'll find the amazing Waimea Canyon and miles of sandy west side beaches - ending at the Napali coastal mountains. This vacation rental is available upon special request only - with a minimum rental of four weeks and a maximum rental of two months. Description and Rates: Four bedrooms, three bathrooms home, with covered lanai and large garden area. Audio and video production studio on premises. Two cars are available for additional charge. Amenities: Fully furnished, complete kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, large living room with T.V., VCR, DVD, Surround-sound system. Additional TV/VCR in master bedroom. Washer/Dryer is also available. Rates and Disclaimer: $ 3,500.00 per month (Occupancy: 6-8) The following conditions apply: A deposit of $ 1,000.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Balance due 60 days before arrival (cash, checks, traveler's checks). In the event of cancellation (no later than 60 days prior to arrival date) your deposit will be refunded, less $ 500.00 cancellation fee. For cancellation less than 60 days, or in the event of a no-show, your deposit is non-refundable. One month minimum stay is required. Custom dictates that you should not wear shoes inside the home. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. One time outcleaning fee of $ 200.00 applies. All charges will include Hawaii state taxes of 11.41%.
