Vacation Rental Apartment - House (Artist Retreat) This fully furnished and secluded vacation rental is located downstairs of the main house (with separate entrance) and features one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen (with hotplates and grill), and a spacious living room. You will find a surround sound entertainment center with cable television and DVD/CD player. The apartment offers a private phone. (Long distance charges apply). An Apple Macintosh iMac is available for your Internet browsing and/or your connectivity needs. Additional amenities include outside jacuzzi, lanai, and large yard. We also offer mountain bikes, snorkel gear, and surfboards for the precious off-times on the nearby Southshore beaches.

Rates and Disclaimer: $ 65.00 per day (Occupancy: 2) $ 420.00 per week (Occupancy: 2) $ 1,400.00 per month (Occupancy: 2) Additional person: $ 15.00/night The following conditions apply: A deposit of $ 200.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Balance due 60 days before arrival (cash, checks, traveler's checks). In the event of cancellation (no later than 60 days prior to arrival date) your deposit will be refunded, less $ 65.00 cancellation fee. For cancellation less than 60 days, or in the event of a no-show, your deposit is non-refundable. Three days minimum stay is required. Custom dictates that you should not wear shoes inside the home. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. One time outcleaning fee of $ 30.00 applies. |
